Prices & booking information

We are open all year.

Prices range from £25 - £30 per person per night (double occupancy), including breakfast.

Single occupancy from £35 per night.

Payment may be made by cash or cheque at the end of your stay. A deposit will be requested at the time of your booking.

Cancellations - Should you have to cancel, we will do our best to re-let the accommodation. However if unsuccessful, we reserve the right to charge the full price of your booking.

Please note - Barnsmuir Farmhouse is non-smoking throughout and pets are not permitted inside the house.
